FUNDRAISER INFORMATION
Individual OMGS teams will be allowed to do their own fundraiser for
sweatshirts, sweatpants or baseball pants, or any other additional
apparel
or equipment with the Board's approval. Please use the "OMGS
Fundraiser Form" to report your team's fundraiser to
Leslie Scott. These team fundraisers will not go through the OMGS bank account, however, if your team does not use all of your
fundraiser money appropriately, it must then be deposited into the
general funds for OMGS. Head coaches will be held accountable for
the funds raised and used by their team. Reminder: OMGS is a
non-profit, tax deductible organization for all donations.
AGAIN for 2010!!!
OMGS
will be hosting a hit-a-thon fundraiser on Saturday, May 15, 2010. OMGS encourages all players to participate in the fundraiser. The money
earned will help OMGS continue to provide a first class softball
organization. Each player will have twenty (20) balls to hit off a tee
(6U, 8U) or be pitched to by a pitching machine (10U, 12U, 14U, 18U).
Any contact with the ball will constitute a hit. All money earned from
each player will be due to Leslie Scott, Treasurer by 12pm Saturday.

All team moms will collect money from their players and turn in to
Leslie Scott no later than Saturday, May 22, 2010.
